Terms of Service
Last updated October 23, 2026
Draft — being reviewed by our lawyer before launch.
These terms are between your agency and Gold Standard Web LLC. By installing Baseline you agree to them on your agency's behalf.
What Baseline does
Baseline compares your client accounts with a standard you choose and, when someone on your team approves it, changes configuration (custom fields, custom values, tags, trigger links and user access) across those accounts. You decide what changes and when. Baseline shows a dry run before every change and logs every result.
You are in control of changes
- Changes only happen after someone with approval rights approves the exact dry run, or a schedule they approved runs.
- You're responsible for what your team approves, and for having the right to change the client accounts you change.
- Protect any account you never want changed. Protected accounts are always left out.
What rollback can and can't restore
- Rollback restores configuration Baseline changed: names, values, link addresses, roles and access, and recreates items it deleted.
- Deletes are soft by default (the item is renamed with zz_archived_), so nothing is lost and rollback is exact.
- If you choose a permanent delete, any contact data held in a deleted custom field is gone and can't be restored. A recreated item gets a new ID, so anything that pointed at the old one may need re-linking.
- Rollback skips anything someone changed after the run, so later work isn't overwritten.
- Baseline can't undo changes it didn't make, including snapshot pushes made in your CRM.
- Rollback copies are kept 30 days (90 on Scale).
Billing
Paid plans are billed by your CRM provider through its app marketplace, per agency per month (or yearly). The Free plan audits only. Paid plans start with a 14-day trial; after it you keep the Free plan unless you choose a paid one. Cancel any time by uninstalling; you won't be charged again.
Limits on use
Don't use Baseline to access accounts you aren't authorized to manage, to get around your CRM's rules, or to overload its systems.
No warranty; limits of liability
Baseline is provided as is. We work hard to make every change safe and logged, but we can't promise it's free of errors, and your CRM's API can change or fail. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
Ending
You can disconnect at any time from Settings or by uninstalling. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. After disconnecting, logs stay viewable for 30 days, then everything is deleted (see the Privacy Policy).
